SHIPPING, RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

Shipping Rates

Sundress currently ships to the following locations:

· Nigeria

· England (United Kingdom)

· Ontario (Canada)

All domestic and international shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of your order.

International shipments may be subject to duties and taxes. Customers may have the option to prepay duties and taxes at checkout depending on their location. If you do not prepay, you may be required to pay these fees upon import into your country.

Sundress is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees.

Order Processing

Please allow 4–7 business days to process all orders.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Estimated delivery times after shipment

Domestic

· Nigeria: 2–5 business days

Europe

· England (United Kingdom): 10–15 business days

North America

· Ontario, Canada: 10–15 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on courier and customs processing.

Sundress is not responsible for lost, stolen, or undelivered packages. If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please open an investigation directly with the shipping carrier. We do not replace packages marked as delivered.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase from Sundress. If for any reason you’re not satisfied with your order, we accept returns only under the conditions outlined below.

Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

· The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition

· All tags, labels, and packaging must remain intact and attached

· The item must not show signs of wear, washing, or alteration

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for items that have been used, damaged, or had their tags removed.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and quality reasons, certain items such as underwear, socks, or accessories cannot be returned or exchanged.

Sale items or discounted purchases may also be considered final unless stated otherwise at checkout.

How to Start a Return

To begin the return process, please contact our customer support team at info@sundressmade.com with the following details:

· Your order number

· The item(s) you wish to return

· A brief reason for the return

Once your request is reviewed, we’ll send you detailed instructions on how and where to send your return.

Items sent back without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for the shipping costs of returning an item unless it was received in a defective or incorrect condition.

We recommend using a tracked courier service (such as DHL or GIG) to ensure your return safely reaches us.

Sundress is not responsible for any items lost or damaged during return transit.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake on our end.

Exchanges

We currently don’t offer direct exchanges.

If you wish to swap an item for a different size or color, please return your original order for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at info@sundressmade.com with photos of the issue.

We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

Order Protection Policy

Sundress reserves the right to cancel any order for any reason.

If we suspect the use of bots, automated checkout, or unfair purchasing methods, your order may be automatically canceled.

Customers are advised to access the shop directly from the official homepage when new items are released.
